Black – oxide steel collars are stronger than aluminumcollars. Aluminum collars are lightweight and have good corrosionresistance. Three tapped counterbored holes and three unthreaded holes provide mountingflexibility.

Motion Constrained MCSC flange mount shaft collars for bores from 1/4″ to 1″ bore. Custom machined for our internal automation applications. Equivalent to McMaster-Carr products (see model table below) except all mounting holes are tapped threads rather than clearance holes, at a significantly lower price.
